Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 Mid-Level SCM Consultant to join our ERP Application Management Services (AMS) team. The role focuses on providing functional support, system maintenance, and continuous process optimization across Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
The ideal candidate has strong SCM domain knowledge, hands-on Infor M3 experience, and is comfortable working in a global 24x7 AMS support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional expertise and support for Infor M3 SCM modules
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLA timelines
Perform issue analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive solutions
Execute system configuration, functional testing, and troubleshooting
