:Parsons is working with regions leading public service utilities to orchestrate large scale O&M transformation programs that drives Service Delivery Excellence, Operational Efficiencies, Capability Building, Change Management, and Outsource Maximization.
The ICT Lead will be responsible for the effective management of all aspects of IT systems including planning, implementing, operation, and maintenance. Key role includes supervision and maintenance of all ICT systems within client organization. The manager will ensure that ICT/ ITeS services run smoothly by monitoring performance, efficiency and security measures taken against any vulnerabilities in software/ solutions/hardware / filed devices used on a day-to-day basis, ensuring secure operation throughout every department.
