Information Compliance Consultant

Introduction

We are currently looking for an Information Compliance Consultant to assist clients in implementing POPIA, PAIA and CPA compliance, providing support for day-to-day compliance related queries and maintaining a solid relationship with clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Inclusive of, but not limited to:

• Maintain relationship with clients to ensure retention
• Implementation of POPIA, PAIA and CPA compliance 
• Engagement with the Information Regulator as and when required
• Keeping abreast of current industry, legislative and client- related knowledge in line with POPI, PAIA and other relevant legislation
• Handling client queries and disputes
