Information & Organisation Manager

DNA Healthcare is looking for someone to manage our systems and operations. You’ll make sure our platforms work well together, keep data accurate, and lead our support team.

Core Responsibilities

Systems & Integration Management

• Oversee, optimise and automate our CRM/ATS and related tooling; own release readiness and security posture.
• Identify, deliver and maintain software integrations (API and low?code) that streamline operations and improve data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT to strengthen system processes.

Back-End Team Management

• Lead a small back?end support team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting and escalation management.
• Coach and guide team members; foster accountability and timely issue resolution.
