The Information Security team is responsible for safeguarding the organization's information assets, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data. The team defines and implements security policies, controls, and best practices aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements, proactively addressing risks and emerging threats. It also works closely with technology and business teams to embed security into processes, projects, and solutions by design.

• Conduct background verifications of candidates, including employment, academic, credit, and judicial records.
• Coordinate information gathering with external sources, such as former employers, educational institutions, and background verification providers.
• Analyze and evaluate verification reports, identifying discrepancies or potential risks.
