The Information Specialist II collaborates with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and internal Business Partners to design and build data models and scalable analytics solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. The role delivers moderately complex features, contributes to design and code reviews, and leverages AI/ML and generative AI tools—such as Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Fabric AI—to improve analytics, data quality, and delivery efficiency.

• Troubleshoot and resolve intermediate to complex technical issues in data pipelines, models, and BI solutions in a timely manner.
