Information System Manager

Our client is a leading financial services organization with a huge presence in Singapore. As the company continues to expand the team, they will be looking for a Vendor Platform Operations Lead.
You will own end-to-end accountability for a suite of third-party managed applications within a highly regulated financial services environment. This role establishes comprehensive operational frameworks, oversees vendor performance, manages release cycles, and ensures cloud-based systems maintain enterprise-grade stability and compliance readiness with deep collaboration across business units, infrastructure teams, security operations, and external partners.
ROLE
Design standardized workflows, operational templates, and escalation protocols for vendor managed platforms.
Act as primary steward for designated vendor platforms, managing upgrade cycles, configuration changes, service disruptions, and continuous optimization.
