Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) – Skill Level 2

Kaizen Approach is currently seeking an Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to perform and review technical security assessments of computing environments to identify vulnerabilities, non-compliance with Cybersecurity standards, and to recommend mitigation strategies. In this role, the ISSE will validate and verify system security requirements, establish system security designs, and design, develop, implement, or integrate Cybersecurity and security system components across networking, computing, and enclave environments with varying data protection and classification requirements. The position involves building Cybersecurity into systems deployed to operational environments, supporting security architecture development, enforcing trusted relationships among external systems, and assessing and mitigating security risks throughout the system development life cycle.
