• Manage end-user hardware (MacBooks, Chromebooks, printers, mobile devices)
• Provision, onboard, and offboard employees
• Administer SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, etc.) & access management
• Troubleshoot OS, networking, and security issues
• Automate workflows using Shell/Python scripting
