Information Technology Application Support

JOB PURPOSE
Provide development, support, and maintenance for Payment Systems (RPP, FPX, Direct Debit, IBG, SWIFT/Rentas), including system analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, enhance, test, implement, and support Payment Systems.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level support across Production, UAT, and DR environments.
• Manage incidents, changes, and escalations via ITSM to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Liaise with stakeholders on requirements, solutions, and implementation.
• Support audits, compliance activities, and disaster recovery exercises.
• Maintain system and technical documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
• Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years' experience in application support/development, preferably in Payment Systems.
