Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the IT&T Department, the IT&T Assistant/Supervisor is responsible for ongoing maintenance for hotel applications, desktop application, computers, mobile devices, network equipment, servers, IPTV and PABX and support for internal staff and hotel guests.

• Provide technical support to internal staff and hotel guests.
• Provide technical services and support for any function or event held in the hotel.
