We're hiring an IT Associate to join our growing team in Medellín
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical professional who is passionate about maintaining and improving IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of hardware, software, and network systems, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and configure hardware and software systems in line with company policies
Troubleshoot and maintain network components, including routing, VLANs, and protocols (OSI model knowledge required)
Perform regular maintenance and inspections of network and server systems
Manage IT infrastructure and handle internal help desk tickets
