Your Role
As an IT & Security Associate, you will be part of our IT & Security Group that supports all business operations of the company to address incidents and requests fulfillment in production and test environments. You be mentored by a Team Lead and will work with Senior Engineers who will provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout your internship.
As an intern, you are expected to:
Resolve technical issues related to devices, connectivity, and applications/tools.
Maintain company assets, such as laptops, computers, and peripherals
Maintain and upgrade existing hardware devices.
Setup and configure laptops and network devices and perform network cabling task.
Attend/take courses for technical and mindset growth and excel on the all assessments given.
Your Qualifications
Graduate of any IT or Engineering related courses (BS IT, CS, Computer Engineering, ECE)
Proficient in writing technical documentations.
