Information technology engineer

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing all technology infrastructure, software platforms, and digital systems that power Orange Self Storage's operations. This includes overseeing the facility management software, access control systems, CCTV infrastructure, CRM, billing platforms, and IT security across all locations
. Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud systems, and facility-level hardware across all Orange Self Storage locations.
Oversee the Facility Management System (FMS) / Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure optimal uptime, data accuracy, and user support.
Manage smart access control systems , CCTV surveillance networks, and Io T-enabled facility monitoring.
Administer CRM, billing, and ERP platforms; integrate systems to ensure seamless data flow between operations, finance, and sales teams.
