Provide daily IT helpdesk support to ensure smooth operations for students, academic staff, and administrative staff.
Maintain and monitor IT support requests, inventories, and computer laboratory equipment.
Support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, including wireless access points and switches.
Assist with IT setup, cabling, and technical support for university events and activities.
Manage and maintain servers, operating systems, software installations, and system configurations.
Ensure IT systems and networks are secure from unauthorized access and disruptions.
Prepare documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and recommend system improvements when necessary.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
