Independent Contractor (hourly pay, no benefits, and you're responsible for your own taxes)

Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday


• Days off:
Monday and Tuesday


• Shift timing:
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (COT)

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service, ensuring exceptional customer experience for every client through phone calls, chats, and email.
  • Responding to tickets in an efficient amount of time and escalating tickets to other IT teams when necessary.
