Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer

Summary:
We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure in Singapore. You will ensure operational continuity, support technical projects, and integrate cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, support, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, workstations, video conferencing systems).
Standardize and harmonize IT best practices and processes across APAC.
Manage incidents, service requests, and changes for regional infrastructure.
Perform root-cause analysis and improve processes to reduce MTTR.
Follow project plans for infrastructure implementation and support.
Assist in global infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance with group security policies and maintain a strong security posture.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science or IT.
3+ years of technical support experience.
Proficiency in Windows Servers, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networks.
