Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Our client, a global data center company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team. The role is based in Johore.

Key Responsibilities

• :Manage & Maintain
  : All data center IT infrastructure (network, servers, storage, virtualization, backup)
• .Ensure Uptime
  : Guarantee high availability and performance of critical systems
• .Lead Projects
  : Design and implement infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and migrations
• .Lead the Team
  : Direct and mentor infrastructure engineers and technicians
• .Security & Compliance
  : Uphold strict security policies and industry compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• .Vendor Management
  : Oversee hardware/software vendors and service providers
• .Monitor & Optimize
  : Use tools to monitor health, analyze trends, and optimize resource utilization
• .Disaster Recovery
  : Own and test the DR/BCP plan
