Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for designing secure network architectures, driving cybersecurity governance, managing multi-country IT support teams, and ensuring compliance and certifications.

You will play a key leadership role across infrastructure, security operations, incident response, identity lifecycle management, and vendor governance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure network architecture (segmentation, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi security).
• Establish and enforce network configuration baselines and best practices across all locations.
• Lead cybersecurity governance including MFA, RBAC, access reviews, policy enforcement, and SOP compliance.
