We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Lead to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys driving operational excellence, improving processes, and working closely with senior management.
What you'll do:
Lead and mentor analysts through 1-on-1 coaching and career development plans
Monitor KPIs, workloads, and service performance to ensure SLAs are consistently met
Oversee work order management and optimise workflows in line with ITIL best practices
Drive innovation by contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives
Collaborate with senior management on proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an infrastructure, operations, or analytics environment
Strong knowledge of ITIL (COBIT knowledge is a plus)
