SUMMARY:
A vacancy for IT & Communication Executive has arisen within AMIC's Corporate Services Department (CSD). The department is responsible to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the company and to provide administration support to the stakeholders and researchers. The department strive for operational excellence and values committed individual contributor.
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) To provide maintenance and troubleshooting: Maintain essential IT operations, including OS, security tools, apps, server, AMIC website, emails, networking, softwares, and hardwares. Diagnose any IT issues and provide troubleshooting.
2) To provide installation and configuration setup: Conduct installation and configuration of softwares and hardwares, setting up new laptops, and ensuring good operationality.
