Role overview:
The Local IT Coordinator (LIC) is responsible for supporting all IT products including but not limited to digital workplace and enterprise applications for the respective departments. This role ensures smooth IT operations, asset management, user support, and coordination of IT initiatives, acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) for IT-related matters within the business department.
Responsibilities:
Manage IT assets ensuring accurate inventory and assist Head of Department to plan for timely deployment of IT equipment.
Oversee software asset management, including installation, updates, and license reconciliation.
Provide frontline IT support for staff, resolving issues and escalating to ITD when necessary.
Assist new employees with account setup, email, token access, and onboarding to IT systems.
Support enterprise applications (ERP, eMRO, CRM, HRIS, SAP B1) use by business department and coordinate with central IT teams.
