Information Technology Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage both in-house and outsourced IT teams to ensure consistent and efficient desktop and infrastructure support.
• Supervise day-to-day IT operations, ensuring seamless support and service delivery across the organization.
• Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure projects aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and implement long-term IT roadmaps and improvement plans.
• Manage external IT vendors to ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships.
• Provide technical guidance to subsidiaries and coordinate with their IT teams to align with group-wide IT strategies and standards.
