• Responsible in maintaining company systems, network troubleshooting, with the ability to resolve basic computer/system/networking issues.
• Responsible for the daily management of the company's internal LAN, optimizing the network, and ensuring the smooth flow of the company's network and the LAN.
• Responsible for maintaining the company's network equipment and debugging management, printer and computer troubleshooting and data backup as well.
• Responsible for configuring and controlling the company's routers, switches, APs and other equipment, and understanding of port mapping, NAT, DDNS, VPN and other technologies.
