Information Technology Operations Specialist (12 month contract)

Skills / Experience

• 3-5 years of experience of strong hands-on technical experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations.
• Good understanding of key technologies adopted such as Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Backup/Recovery and Security tools
• Good understanding of Disaster Recovery
• Work experience in FSI (Banking & Insurance) and knowledge in MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) would be an advantage
• Proficiency in ITIL & ITSM. Some project management experience would be beneficial.
• Strong experience in managing internal stakeholders, end users and vendors.
• Good teamwork, problem-solving and analytical skills
