• 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of CMDB, network protocols, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and virtualization.

• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript) for automation.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
