Job Summary
We are looking for an on-call IT Technician who can troubleshoot and repair CCTV, printers, laptops, and desktop computers as needed. The technician will support our office/warehouse on a per-call basis, coming on-site only when there are IT concerns.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose and repair printer problems (connection, drivers, paper jams, hardware faults).
• Check, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, and basic cabling issues.
• Perform basic network checks related to device connectivity (PC/printer/CCTV).
• Recommend parts replacement when needed and install/replace components.
• Document work done after each visit and report issues to the office.
