The largest non-bank POS terminal network in the Philippines is hiring 5 IT System/Network Support Staff.

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing efficient and effective network technical support to the ITD/NetSys internal and external customers within the acceptable response and resolution time while keeping output quality at the agreed service level.
• Responsible for monitoring, enhancing, and keeping the Tangent Network Infrastructure up and running at its optimum performance while minimizing downtime at an acceptable service level.
• Responsible for completing the assigned tasks/job duties within the agreed-upon time frame.
