Information Technology Project Coordinator

• Support the Program Manager in executing the project by collaborating with various stakeholders, including business units, vendors, management, Cyber Security and IT teams, during system implementation and maintenance.
• Monitor project progress and provide periodic updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Vendors, Stakeholders, Cyber Security and IT teams for functional and technical discussions.
• Schedule and lead meetings with Vendors, Stakeholders, Cyber Security and IT teams.
• Involve in functional and technical gathering sessions, review and provide feedback for submitted documents.
• Sound technical knowledge to review proposed technical architecture and security architecture.
• Review the submitted documents for compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
• Ensure the product is delivered in good quality with zero defects and good system performance.
