Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of a payroll system, working closely with smaller vendors and internal stakeholders. The role is hands-on and delivery-focused, with a target go-live in
September/October 2026
. This position requires strong vendor coordination skills and the ability to manage challenges during implementation under a
Waterfall delivery model
.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll system implementation using
  Waterfall methodology
• Coordinate and manage delivery with smaller / niche vendors
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, IT, and vendors
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage project plans, milestones, timelines, and documentation
• Drive UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
• Escalate vendor or delivery challenges proactively to ensure project continuity
