The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll operate like a trusted recruitment partner to your clients, owning the full hiring cycle end-to-end. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role suited for someone with grit, commercial instinct, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

You will:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing to offer closure
• Source candidates via job ads, headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking
• Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
• Conduct interviews, coordinate client interviews, negotiate offers, and manage follow-ups
• Continuously build and maintain a high-quality talent database
