Job Responsibilities:
Support sales representatives in preparing quotations and sales orders.
Coordinate customer inquiries related to spare parts pricing, availability, and lead time.
Ensure accurate parts identification using part numbers, catalogs, and technical data.
Process and track sales orders from confirmation to delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for packing, dispatch, and shipment.
