Information Technology Security Analyst

TYPE: Permanent full-time position at a renowned public organization

LOCATION: Hybrid, 2-3 days from the downtown Montreal office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to IT security incident process design, implementation, and monitoring.
• Enable protection of the assets and access control to information technology systems (network security architecture, network access).

REQUIREMENTS

• MS/BS degree in Computer Science or another relevant degree
• 5+ years of work experience in Cybersecurity that included absolute discretion in addressing IT security incidents
• Knowledge of network technologies and various computer systems administration in a large, networked environment
• Experience in the development of information security policies, vulnerability assessment, GRC-driven security guidelines, and process improvements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
