What you will take ownership of:
Keep core IT services reliable, secure, and well documented so teams can deliver high impact solutions every day
Act as the expert support escalation point, solving complex issues, creating self service content, and improving runbooks for a smoother user experience
Proactively manage and optimise platforms including endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, and monitoring systems to prevent issues before they appear
Lead the operation and optimisation of Intune and Jamf ensuring devices stay compliant and correctly configured
