The Position:
Reporting to the Manager, Corporate IT (APAC), the focus of this role is to lead operations, analyses and implement technical, best practices to ensure consistency and reliability across all aspects of ICT.
You will be required to liaise with IT resources, study and analyses business processes, identify and implement approved enhancements.

Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage user requests and issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring prompt Responding/resolution of technical issues to minimize disruption to business operations.
