Job Description

Job Title: IT Service Desk (Mandarin Speaking)

Language: Mandarin

Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore

Employment: Fixed Term Contract (Till Dec 2026)


Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and service requests.
  • Provide Level 1 IT support and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Log and track incidents in ticketing system.
  • Support applications related to APIs, MFT, and host-to-host.
  • Escalate complex issues when required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Service Desk environment (mandatory).
  • Exposure to APIs, MFT, or host-to-host preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English & Japanese (read, write, speak).
