Job Description

IT Support Analyst (L1/L2) – In-house | Singapore
A global organization in the infrastructure and investment space is strengthening its in-house IT function and is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst (L1/L2) to join its Singapore office.
This is a hands-on, frontline IT support role, supporting users across multiple international offices. You will work closely with local Operations stakeholders in Singapore while reporting directly to the IT Manager based in London.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support across hardware, software, system access, and connectivity
Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), VPN, and Intune
Manage incidents and service requests through an internal IT ticketing system, ensuring SLAs are met
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, and meeting room / AV equipment
Handle user onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, and device lifecycle management
