Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior IT Specialist to serve as a key technical resource supporting our growing organization. This role will be responsible for
Microsoft 365 administration
,
network infrastructure
,
virtual desktop environments
, and
leading IT planning and execution
for a new office build-out. The ideal candidate is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable owning projects end-to-end while providing high-quality day-to-day IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Administration:
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune
- Manage user accounts, licensing, security policies, conditional access, and device management
Implement and maintain security best practices, MFA, data protection, and compliance controls
