Information Technology Specialist

Position Overview

Information Technology Specialist – reporting directly to the Manager of Information Technology Operations. This role supports successful operations of all NAC programs IT applications and assets, including troubleshooting and IT support for learning tools, computing assets, and applications.

This employment opportunity is restricted to residents of Rankin Inlet only.

Responsibilities

• Information system planning, analysis, selection, implementation, and support
• IT user training
• Tier 1/2 support of NAC IT systems
• Perform audio, visual, and learning system installations
• Ensure that all E-Classroom technologies (audio, video, IT, control, lighting) needed for lectures are properly configured and in optimal working condition.
