About the role

Keep all IT systems stable, visible, automated, and recoverable. Manage core infrastructure and integrate ready-made technologies (e.g., IP CCTV, sensors, AI tools) into practical business systems used by operations and management

What you'll be doing

1. Responding to and resolving IT-related issues and inquiries from employees in a timely manner
2. Providing on-site and remote technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
3. Performing regular maintenance and updates on the company's IT systems, including software, hardware, and network infrastructure
4. Assisting with the implementation and configuration of new IT technologies and systems
5. Documenting IT-related processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
6. Collaborating with the IT management team to identify and address potential IT-related risks and challenges
