Information Technology Support Consultant

Introduction

Our client is looking for a 1^st Line Support Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for servicing our clients both remotely and/or on-site as required in the Johannesburg and Pretoria areas. This position requires a good understanding of technical troubleshooting, set-up and implementation of desktops, routers and firewalls.

As a Support Consultant, you will need good communication skills between both your clients and co-workers. You will need to be presentable and professional, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
