Role Overview
You will join Aurum Solutions' internal IT function as a hands-on IT Support Engineer, working alongside developers and the wider IT team to ensure the smooth running of internal systems, and to support internal staff. This is a new role that has arisen due to significant growth in the development team over the past year, with the key requirement to enable the wider development and product teams to focus on product delivery and improvements.
A key requirement will be to work alongside the UK IT team to ensure both sites continue to operate as one unit.
This position is ideal for a technically competent, proactive self-starter who enjoys variety, problem-solving, working with technical staff, and owning issues end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & Troubleshooting
- Support staff with Windows laptop setup and maintenance, including onboarding and offboarding.
