Role Purpose -

The IT & Technical Support Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient, secure, and reliable operation of the organisations IT environment. This role is responsible for managing IT assets, endpoints, and user access, as well as providing technical and application support for internal systems and enterprise applications.

IT Asset Management

• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to retirement, ensuring compliance with licensing and security protocols.
