Job Description

                    Coordinates and acts as SPOCproject lead for complex service requests local projects eg MES systems network expansion MPOD 
Interacts with MLL personnel to problemsolve futurestate requirements 
Serves as source of functional understanding of processes tools and integration of MLL plant equipment with IT platforms eg Wonderware Camstar OSIPI Werum as well as MLL business knowledge 
Interacts with multiple MLL stakeholders Execution systems plant engineers and technicians and MLL IT 
Maintains facility IT ownership 
Monitor and achieve service levels tracks metricsanalytics and ensures site health of GTS services eg network reliability availability capacity etc 
Performs sitelevel DR CMDB related to GTS services 
Risk security vulnerability and compliance management related to GTS services 
Localsitelevel asset planning purchasing deployment and decommissioning related to GTS services
