Job Scope:
Ensure Smooth Functioning and running the entire IT at Company
Provide technical support to employees regarding technical issue such as troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issue.
Organize and manage IT assets, and maintain IT equipment for office use, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc
Assist in problem resolving and work closely on further IT development and planning.
IT helpdesk / IT administrator
Manage Microsoft 365
Requirement:
Diploma and above
Must be able to work in office (NO HYBRID / NO WFH)
