Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Success & Sales Consultant to engage with inbound and qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, provide business consultation, close deals, and support customers during their implementation journey.
This is a consultative sales role. No cold calling, cold outreach, or door-to-door sales are involved.
Key Responsibilities Conduct product demos through Google Meet for domestic and international prospects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with qualified leads and opportunities generated through marketing and partner channels.
