Detailed JD: EUC Support engineer role. Perform customer services related to equipment and systems, products by troubleshooting & resolving problems, interfacing with vendors for in-warranty returns, installing software. Maintains, analyses, troubleshoots, and repairs hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems, which includes the setup of workstations and the installation and configuration of software and hardware. Work on various compliance activities , project work in EUC scope. Should be a good team player.
