Job Title: Technical IT Support

Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
Support Microsoft Windows (Windows 10/11), Office 365, Exchange, Teams, and standard enterprise applications.
Manage user accounts, email provisioning, distribution lists, and access control in Active Directory and Office 365.
