Overview


Responsible for general technical support for students, faculty, and staff of the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine/ Imaging School (1000+ users).


Responsibilities


Responsible for general technical support, to include, but not limited to as much of the following as possible:

+ Administers all smart-podiums, troubleshooting all Audio-Visual issues in lecture halls, labs, and classrooms

+ Respond to service tickets

+ Performs installation, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of desktop/laptop computers and peripherals

+ Administers Print Server and printing management software

+ Administers E-Mail listserv for faculty, staff and student body

+ Troubleshoots network (wired and wireless) related issues

+ Technical support for Medical Simulation Machines

+ Assists students and instructors with Canvas and clicker issues
