Incumbent is responsible to maintain and develop IT infrastructure in HQ and branch offices, provide support and training on use of PCs and standard office automation software for end-users. In this area he/she installs and maintains desktop PCsand other peripherals, provides on-site hardware and software troubleshooting, and develops hardware and networkinfrastructure, maintains inventory of the IT assets. A key accountability is the ongoing technical operation of the respective Market. He/She supports execution of reliable,scalable, manageable and secure IT services/solutions to the entire user community.He/She works closely with local and global vendors and other global groups to ensure stability of the IT infrastructure and alignment with the latest technical and security standards.In the network and server infrastructure area he/she is expected to maintain server room and server hardware, network(LAN/WAN/SOHO) i...
